Return, Replacement & Refund Policy –

1. Overview

At AstroVigyan, we ensure that every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. Due to the nature of our spiritual and energy-based products, returns and refunds are strictly limited to cases involving defective products, transit damage, or incorrect items delivered.

Customers are required to follow the procedures mentioned below to be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

A product will only be eligible for return or replacement if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The product received is defective
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The wrong product was delivered

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Any request raised after this period will not be considered eligible.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Proof

To maintain transparency and prevent misuse, an unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement requests.

Customers must record a clear video while opening the package. The video must show:

  • The sealed shipping package before opening
  • The entire unboxing process without cuts
  • The condition of the product inside

Along with the video, customers must also provide clear images of the defective or damaged product.

If a complete unboxing video and supporting images are not provided, the return or replacement request will not be approved.

4. Product Condition Requirements

For a return or replacement to be approved, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • The defect or damage must be verified by the AstroVigyan team

AstroVigyan reserves the right to approve or reject requests after verification.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video proof
  • Product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Request made due to change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping details or phone number provided by the customer
  • Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products opened without valid defect proof

Due to the spiritual and energized nature of certain products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.

6. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a request, customers must:

  1. Email support@astrovigyan.in
  2. Include the following details:
  • Order ID
  • Reason for return or replacement
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the product

Our support team will review and verify the request. If approved, customers will receive further instructions regarding the return process.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Approved order cancellation within the allowed time
  • Verified defective or damaged product
  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, or once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

10. Deductions (If Applicable)

In certain cases, payment gateway charges, shipping charges, or handling costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

11. Final Authority

AstroVigyan reserves the right to refuse returns, replacements, or refunds if the above conditions are not met. All decisions made by AstroVigyan regarding return eligibility, refund approval, or replacement requests shall be final after verification.
