Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Policy – AstroVigyan

Step 1: Eligibility

Products can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery if:
  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Step 2: Non-Returnable Items

Used, altered, or customer-damaged items are not eligible for return or replacement.

Step 3: How to Initiate Return

  1. Email us at : support@astrovigyan.in with order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will verify the request and approve if valid.
  3. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be shared.
  4. Drop the package at your nearest courier center.
  5. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Step 4: Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy – AstroVigyan

Step 1: Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
  • After 1 hour or once the product is dispatched/processed, cancellation is not allowed.

Step 2: Refund Eligibility

You will receive a refund only for valid cancellations, defective items, or duplicate payments.
No refund will be issued for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect mobile number or address provided
  • Products once used or opened

Step 3: How to Request Refund

  1. Email support@astrovigyan.in within 1 hour of placing the order.
  2. Mention reason, order ID, and payment method.
  3. Our team will process valid refunds within 7 working days.

Step 4: Deductions

Payment gateway and shipping charges may be deducted from refunds where applicable.
