Role Overview
This is not a “posting content” role.
You will create content that drives attention, belief, and conversions.
What You’ll Do
Create content for:
Instagram (reels, captions, carousels)
WhatsApp campaigns
Website blogs (SEO + storytelling)
Write high-converting scripts using:
pain → belief → solution
Turn products into benefits:
Not features like “pyrite stone”
But outcomes like “attract wealth, remove financial blocks”
Plan and execute weekly content aligned with:
themes (wealth, protection, clarity)
festivals (Diwali, Navratri, etc.)
Improve:
product descriptions
landing pages
content → purchase journey
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in content/social media
Strong Hindi + English writing
Understanding of:
hooks
retention
Instagram growth
Bonus: interest in spirituality/astrology

You write generic motivational content
You don’t understand how content drives sales
You overcomplicate simple ideas
